In this tens of billions of markets, the Lin Jinhua team wants to do more. They want to provide consumers with a pair of glasses that are light, comfortable, affordable, stylish and cost-effective. When investigating Lin Jinhua, he especially emphasized that the glasses developed by the project have the performance of “light and comfortable”.


Investing in the world: Mr. Lin, what year did you contact the glasses industry? Why do you want to make glasses with a weight of less than 18 grams?


Lin Jinhua: I started to operate and manage products in Baodao glasses from 2003 until 2015; after that, I was responsible for expanding offline channels in an online optical brand, and I have 15 years of experience in operation and management of the optical industry.


Taizhou glasses accessories, glasses accessories manufacturers, glasses accessories wholesale in the course of 15 years of work, I found that many people have the same pain points as me: the nose is very sensitive, the glasses will be pressed to the nerve endings on the bridge of the nose Then it will cause a series of symptoms such as dizziness. Therefore, at the end of 2017, I started my own business and wanted to solve this pain point. So I got a brand of 18 grams of glasses, which was cut from the point of light and comfortable, and penetrated vertically in a field of glasses.




Of course, the glasses industry is too traditional and the market space has great potential. It also gives our team confidence to build their own glasses brand.


Investing in the world: After more than a year of development, what aspects of our projects have been completed?


Lin Jinhua: Our project is currently in the growth stage. We have established the brand head office and the Tianjin branch, registered the brand trademarks; initially established the lens, frame OEM and raw material and equipment supply chain system; completed a total of three batches in the previous period. Design and development of a series of optical glasses and sunglasses products at different price points. Established two brand chain stores in Tianjin, and developed a franchise store in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Currently, the direct store is operating well, and the single store is profitable in the first month of operation. The company as a whole completes the pre-cost recovery.


Our project focuses on the differentiated service mode of rapid optometry, professional standardization process, product open display and consulting service. The ultimate light and comfortable wearing experience and the fashionable and relaxed brand image have formed a unique differentiation advantage. The complete chain model of production, training and service has been polished and has the conditions for copying and promoting to the whole country.


Investing in the world: What is the future planning of our project?


Lin Jinhua: If you plan for short-term planning, you are ready to develop offline stores. It is planned to open 30-50 stores in Beijing in 2 years; create our brand and open the market, and open the branches to other cities in the country, mainly in first-tier cities and second-tier cities. The city is dominated. I hope that the number of offline stores will be expanded to more than 200 within 4 years.




The long-term planning is strategic. Later, the company will open up the market to establish professional brand agency and industry training. At the same time, optimize the product line and form a series of products; realize the development of brand glasses with low price, good quality, large scale and specialization; in the future It has become the top brand optical chain company in China.


Investing in the world: What do you think are the investment highlights of our projects?


Lin Jinhua: It is divided into the following aspects. From a professional team, experience and resources are abundant. The core team is composed of veterans of the optical industry with professional background in ophthalmology. It has rich experience and related resources in the fields of chain operation management, market development, product development and design, and technical training.


Emphasis on light glasses of less than 18 grams, suitable for long-term wear, our glasses are made of titanium and TR materials, glasses are lighter, more durable, long-term wear more comfortable, not easy to cause discomfort.


Fashion positioning, in line with the latest trends of the new consumer groups: young people as the main consumer groups, the positioning of glasses is not only a correction tool, but also fashion ICON, our brand positioning in line with the new trend.


Online and online integration experience is better, omni-channel service appointments can be made, convenience for customers, in line with new retail trends; professionals provide standardized professional service processes, optometry personnel are all relevant professional education background, and accept professional training of this brand system Provide professional services comparable to hospitals through standard processes.




Differentiated service requirements, open product display, consulting services, on-site rapid optometry, higher cost performance and greater profitability, the lowest price is only 1/3 of the competing products, the first year of the single store can also be recycled Investment, achieving long-term sustainable performance growth, excellent investment indicators and financial indicators.


Investment and financing: What are the main profit points of our projects?


Lin Jinhua: At present, the company mainly earns income through retail sales such as optical/sunglasses, eyeglass frames and spectacle lenses. In the future, it will increase the retail product category and provide personalized customization to obtain more income.


The categories to be added include: contact lenses, eye care cleaning products, eye care equipment and eye nutrition. Personalized customization is mainly for the future development of high-end customized products based on the membership system database, and provides personalized and customized glasses product design and development for customers with personalized customization needs.


Investing in the world: What are the financing plans for our projects? What kind of help do you want to get from investors?


Lin Jinhua: We plan to raise 6 million yuan to sell 20% of our company's shares. The funds are mainly used to expand stores, product promotion and market operations.
